Online Ordering Security Policy

Due to the security nature of our products TROY only sells to registered businesses and conducts a thorough verification process on all first time orders. This includes, but is not limited to, locating your company at the address provided. Therefore, after your order is placed, you may be asked to provide further verification prior to your order being processed. If you are unable to provide further verification your transaction will be marked void and the authorization of funds on your credit card will be lifted.
