Tax Exemption Status

All orders placed in the U.S. and Canada are subject to sales tax. TROY charges sales tax according to the ship-to location. We accept tax exemption certificates for organizations that are tax exempt. To ensure that your online order is tax exempt please follow the procedure outlined below.

• Create an online account
• Once you have created an account please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to the TROY Customer Service Team. Be sure to include the email address associated with your online account.
• You will receive an email from the customer service team letting you know that your account has been updated. You are now ready to order.

**Please note that you are able to place an order and then submit your tax exemption certificate. Your credit card would be authorized for tax at the time of purchase, but TROY will not invoice you for the tax amount.
